ABC Liquors was conceptualized in 1936 in Orlando in Florida by Jack Holloway. He was a cigar business manager who experienced great potential in bringing together the cigar and wine business all through the end of the Prohibition. His supervisor did not share his business proposal and that ended in Jack Holloway going into the spirits business independently.
